You write the questions once and share one link. Each person opens it when it suits them, records their answers on camera and submits. Your team watches the answers later. Nobody has to be online at the same time.

Share the link however you like: by email from AskRecruit, in a WhatsApp message or group, on a job post, or as a printed QR code. You can also send one-click reminders to anyone who hasn't finished.

Video answers, written answers, 1–5 ratings, and multiple choice with one or several options. You set the prep time, time limit and number of retakes for each question.

Yes. People see your company name, logo and colours on every screen, from the welcome page to the thank-you message.

Yes. Invite colleagues as admins, recruiters or reviewers. Everyone can watch, rate and comment, and owners decide who can shortlist or delete.

No. Open the link on a phone or computer with a camera, enter your name and email, and start. It works in your normal web browser.

Each question shows how many retakes you have. Some interviews allow retakes, some don't, and the organiser decides. You can always rewatch your answer before moving on.

Your answer starts uploading while you rewatch it, and failed uploads retry automatically. If you close the page, you can pick up where you left off on the same device.

Only the team at the organisation that invited you. Videos are stored privately and open only through secure, short-lived links.

One person who answers your interview and presses Submit. If 30 candidates submit, that's 30 responses, whether your interview has 2 questions or 10. Opening the link, or starting and not finishing, doesn't use a credit.

A credit is held when someone starts. If they abandon, after 24 hours without activity, when your deadline passes, or when you mark them as abandoned, the credit goes back to your wallet.

Credits last 12 months from purchase. Once bought, credits can't be refunded or exchanged for money.

No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies (7.5% in Nigeria).

Up to 3 team members on pay as you go, including reviewers. With a subscription, invite as many as you like. There are no per-seat fees either way.

AI summaries of each answer, AI question drafting and rewriting, unlimited team members, and longer video storage: as long as you stay subscribed, up to about 2,600 responses. You still buy credits for interviews.

No. AI transcribes answers and, with a subscription, summarises tone and drafts questions. People make every decision. AI never ranks, rejects or shortlists anyone.

Without a subscription, videos are viewable for 60 days, locked for 30 more, then deleted on day 90. With a subscription, they're kept while you're subscribed, or for 6, 12 or 24 months if you choose. We email a weekly summary before anything is locked or deleted.

Yes. Everyone agrees to being recorded before they start, and the time they agreed is saved with their interview.

With established cloud providers, encrypted in transit and at rest. Our privacy policy lists each provider and what it does.
